本ページは、野球・ソフトボール スコア管理アプリ「bb-score(野球スコア)」(開発者: bb-score)のアカウント削除およびデータ削除の手順をご案内するものです。
チームのオーナーになっている場合は、先にチームを削除するか、オーナー権限を他のメンバーに移譲してから削除してください(孤児チーム化を防ぐための仕様です)。
次のいずれかの方法で削除をリクエストできます。ご本人確認のため、登録済みメールアドレスからご連絡ください。
リクエスト受領後、遅滞なく(通常30日以内に)対応します。
アカウントを維持したまま、試合・選手・写真などのデータはアプリ内でいつでも個別に削除できます。個別データの削除リクエストも上記フォームで受け付けています。
This page describes how to delete your account and data for bb-score, a baseball/softball scorekeeping app.
In-app deletion (recommended): Sign in → Profile → Account tab → "Delete account". If you own a team, delete the team or transfer ownership first.
Without app access: submit a request via our request form or email support@baseball-score.com from your registered email address. We respond without undue delay (normally within 30 days).
Data deleted: account information (email, username, credentials), team memberships, and — if you delete a team you own — that team's games, players, stats and photos.
Data retained: deleted data is purged from disaster-recovery backups within 35 days. Records required by law (e.g., payment records) may be retained for the legally required period. Team-level game records remain under the team administrator's control.
You can also delete individual games, players and photos in the app at any time without deleting your account.
